By Air: Cochin International Airport is about 85 kms from Alappuzha.
By Rail: Alappuzha Railway Station is the main railway station connecting Alappuzha to the rest cities of the country.
By Road: There are regular state-run buses from Alappuzha to all major cities in Kerala. Buses are available in luxury and budget categories. One can also hire a taxicab to reach Alappuzha.
